Registration Builder Permissions

Having access to the Console does not automatically give you full access to Registration Builder or to the Manage Schemas page. Instead, there are nine permissions that determine what you can and cannot do in those two sections of the Console:

  • Allows you to promote flows
  • Allows you to create flows
  • Allows you to delete flows
  • Allows you to view flow information
  • Allows you to update flows
  • Allows you to create entity types
  • Allows you to delete entity types and schema attributes
  • Allows you to view the schema
  • Allows you to create an update schema attributes in all entity types

If you have either the Application Admin or the Application Configuration Admin role then you have all nine of those permissions. Other roles are granted a subset of these permissions, as shown in the following table:

To give an agent full access to Registration Builder, but limit them to read-only access to the schemas, assign that agent the Registration Experience Manager role.
