Customer Insights is the Akamai Identity Cloud's premier reporting and data analytics tool. With Customer Insights you can use reports and dashboards (either those that ship with the product or those that you build yourself) to answer questions about such things as how many users are logging on to your site and where those users are logging on from.

Provides an introduction to Customer Insights, the data analytics portal that ships as part of the Akamai Identity Cloud. Customer Insights collects event data from various sources including user activity, Customer Care agents and API programs. This data is enriched with demographic information from the user's profile, such as address, age, and gender, and with geo-location information to populate a data warehouse that supports the Customer Insights portal.
