To access the Manage Agents page, the jumping-off point for agent management activities, click Manage Agents in the Console navigation pane:
That seems easy enough, and it is. But what if you don’t actually see the Manage Agents link? That means that you don’t have a role that grants you access to agent information: the Manage Agents page is only available to users holding the appropriate Console role.
So is there an easy way default way to verify your role after you’ve logged on? Yes, there is. To verify your role, just click the agent profile button in the upper right corner of the screen, and then click your name:
The displayed agent profile will include your assigned roles:
For those of you who can access the Manage Agents page, you should see something similar to this:
From here you can do such things as search for agents; create new agents; modify or delete existing agents; and export data about all of your agents.
